The EthioSeed Hub

Client: Ministry of Agriculture, Ethiopia

Our senior team members, in collaboration with several seed scientists and researchers, developed a multi-stakeholder national seed information system and decision intelligence platform. It is fully scaled and routinized across the seed sector in Ethiopia, and discussions for regional domestication in other African countries are underway.

Our team members have worked with UNICEF Ethiopia to automate internal HR and supply chain management workflows and data systems — namely recruitment and staff selection, training and capacity development, and a status tracking system for supply sourcing and contracting.

Client: Ministry of Agriculture, Ethiopia

Integrated, full life-cycle data management workflows — from source ingestion, through curation and quality control, to analytics and reporting. We created a governed platform for integrating fragmented and siloed agricultural data, giving a single point of access for agricultural knowledge and decision intelligence.
